unnecessary puppet-agent logs fills up syslog file

R2.20 Build99 Ubuntu 14.04 Juno multi-node setup

In this setup, the syslog is filled with these lines of puppet-agent error logs every 10 secs. Important logs in syslog files run the risk of getting purged sooner

This is a fab provisioned setup having no dependency on puppet stuff ( puppet-client does seem to get installed though as part of it)
