[UI] Subnet name is erased when a VN is updated in the Contrail UI

Bug Description
R2.20 Build 79 Ubuntu 14.04
On a VN, set subnet name to be subnet1
neutron subnet-update 4603be84-
Then, in the Contrail UI, edit the Vns. I updated the host-route
Now, the subnet-show of the VN does not show the name of the subnet at all
