as part of upgrade, changes in redis.conf needs to be factored in

R2.20 Build 45 Ubuntu 14.04 Juno multi-node setup

I upgraded from R2.20 Build 30 to R2.20 Build 45 .
We see that the recent changes to redis.conf to disable redis-server persistence wouldnt be applied.
Discussed with Sundar. Below 3 lines should have been commented out and /var/lib/redis/dump.rdb should be deleted.

save 900 1
save 300 10
save 60 10000

As part of upgrade, we need to handle this.

lua-time-limit need to be updated to 15000 milliseconds in redis.conf during upgrade
