[UI] When a VN has more than 1 subnet, IPs are allocated to BMSs only from first subnet

Bug Description
R2.20 16 and 23, Ubuntu 14.04 Juno multi-node setup
Have a VN with subnets 100.1.1.0/29, 200.1.1.0/29
On a Tor, create lif with 10 servers.
IPs from 100.1.1.0/29 would be given only four of these 10 servers
Others dont get any IP
Per Rahul, this is a known limitation in the current UI
