vDNS doesnt resolve when Ipam config changes

Bug Description

While optimizing for performance, IPAM was added to VnEntry, but its change is not notified to VN listeners. Due to this, a sequence where IPAM config is handled last results in DNS resolution issues. This addition of IPAM properties to Vn entry is not required and can be removed.

Remove IPAM properties in VnEntry.

IPAM properties are maintained in DomainConfig table and the same can be used
when DNS module requires the same.
