[UI] Database node size is shown as 0 for Available/used space

R2.20 Ubuntu 13 Juno multinode setup

As seen in attachment, i have 3 database and analytics nodes. Even though it is a scale setup, the disk space usage is shown as 0

The dependent backend code change got merged after the UI changes got merged. This issue should not be seen in later builds. https://review.opencontrail.org/#/c/10010
