install of some dependent packages of contrail-openstack-ha need internet access

R2.1 Build 11 Ubuntu 14.04 Multi-node setup

Internet access is needed for some dependent packages of contrail-openstack-ha package

With ubuntu 14.04, and only contrail_install_repo present in sources.list, below packages dont get installed.

Appears to be a duplicate of 1416184.
Ranjeet, can you please make sure that once Nagendra fixes the above PR, that all necessary changes for fixing this issue are available in 2.1 and mainline.
