IntraVN packet from BMS to KVM VM is getting dropped

R2.1 Build 10 Ubuntu 14.04 Multi-node setup

10.1.1.5 (BMS ) is trying to ping 10.1.1.3 (KVM VM on nodeh5 )

On nodeh5, the ping packets are getting dropped with drop-reason Discards
Praveen is aware of the fix.
