Bug Description

There is an FD leak in link local flows. When there is an action to recompute the linklocal flow, the fd value is getting reset resulting in a leak.

Fix fd leak in linklocal flows.

Ensure fd value is set when linklocal flow is recomputed.
Also added linklocal flow info in a tree, for debug purpose only,
which can be checked via introspect.
