This issue is same as one of the cores seen in https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/+bug/1440943 (while processing a unicast route delete, the VRF table is already deleted).

Delete request on the fabric route table.

An enqueued delete request was being processed when the table is already
deleted. To avoid this, enqueue the request on the fabric route table.
This will in turn process using the correct table, if present.
