UI Port Config issues

We have following open issues with Port Config from UI
1. Owner change for compute is sent to nova and it passes. But owner field is also updated from UI, thus port attach fails. Need to not set owner from UI when compute owner is set.
2. Allowed address pair is seen in neutron, but vrrp needs to be tested.
3. Owner setting needs to allow any VM uuid to be input from a user.
4. Router owner change leads to all other existing router interfaces on the router to be removed.
5. In certain cases UI backend doesn't return.

Pending issues:
1. See exception while deleting port.
2. When prior router owner set fails, owner string is still updated. Subsequent owner change operation throws exception while trying to remove reference of unset router ref.

1. When prior router owner set fails, owner string is still updated. Subsequent owner change operation throws exception while trying to remove reference of unset router ref.
2. If all allowed address pairs are removed, then update doesn't contain empty allowed address pair list. Leads to no update of allowed address pair.
3. Should allow entering any vm uuid, instead of selecting only from the vm list from api server (VM's not having any ports are not present in api server).

issue was if all Allow address pair was removed the sending JSON was
wrong fixed it
- Tool tip was showing wrong for icon changed it.
- MAC Address validation was not happening for the lastset fixed it.
