[Ubuntu-14-04-2444]-contrail-vrouter-dkms is never installed

To deploy contrail In Ubuntu-14-04, we recommend that the kernel version to be 3.13.0-35-generic,
we are suppose to support other kernel versions as well as we do in 12-04 by using contrail-vrouter-dkms.

I see that "contrail-vrouter-3.13.0-35-generic" is getting installed regardless of the ubuntu kernel version, For example we re-image to "3.13.0-24-generic" version of kernel using server-manager, In this case the expected behavior is contrail-vrouter-dkms should be installed and it should build the vrouter.ko for "3.13.0-24-generic". But that is not happening, always "contrail-vrouter-3.13.0-35-generic" is installed

In 12-04 contrail releases, i see that contrail-vrouter-dkms installed regardless of the kernel verison.

As per previous discussions, it was said that dkms is not the way to go in this particular situation. If we recommend a version, then maybe its better we build a package for this version and distribute.
