Bug Description
The ACL entries created for the virtual network do not have a UUID generated for them.
Since some of the entries are created each time an update happens in the virtual-network by schema-transformer, sending the UUID that is generated oftern to the nw_ace_uuid will not be helpful.
And some of the entries will have to inherit from the same policy rule UUID. So it is better to assign the ACL uuid itself to the nw_ace_uuid instead of assigning the entries' UUID.
