Bug Description
While working on vrouter there is often a need to observer packets incoming before processing it. Right now the only option to do it is debugging a kernel and searching for packet parts in memory. It would be much faster if vrouter would have option (enabled and disabled while it is running) to just dump incoming packet with its metadata to file.
