This was found during dynamic analysis by verifier (specifically `verifier /flags 0x1 0x8 /driver vRouter.sys /bootmode resetonbootfail`).

Fix win_trans_alloc leak

vr_message_buf pointer was set to NULL before calling free on it.
That line was removed and vrouter doesn't leak anymore.
