Bug Description

When deploy contrail 5.0 with contrail-ansible-deployer and setting DPDK_UIO_DRIVER to vfio-pci in redhat (release 7.5), it only modify the grub under /boot/grub2/grub.cfg. I'm using a server which UEFI is default enabled. So it will take no effect.

For UEFI, /boot/efi/EFI/redhat/grub.cfg will be used to update the grub.
Please enhance the ansible script to cover both UEFI and BISO scenario.

Thanks
