Bug Description

Build 5.0-154-ocata

Steps to repro:
1. Created policy called pol1
2. Created virtual network vn1, vn2
3. Attached the policy pol1 to both vn1 and vn2
4. Then go to Overlay->Virtual Networks->All networks->vn1->Policies. Here associated network is showing as nothing. But it should show both vn1 and vn2

The same issue is shown for Logical Routers. Network count is 0 under Overlay->Virtual Networks->All networks->v1->Logical Routers

Raised PR: https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-ui/pull/1266

The PR fixes more than just this one thing - there were multiple issues in Virtual Network Details. See the PR description for more information.
