Bug Description

Hi all,

I have a setup of 3 VMs: one OpenStack node, one Contrail controller node and 1 Contrail compute node.
All 3 VMs use RedHat 7.4. The 3 VMs run on an CentOS7 server.
I have installed Contrail R5.0 on my setup using contrail-ansible-deployer/.

I need to check System Logs for all types of Nodes from a Contrail setup (Control Nodes/Virtual Routers/Analytics Nodes/Config Nodes).
I go to Monitor -> Infrastructure -> Control Nodes/Virtual Routers/Analytics Nodes/Config Nodes, I select a node from the table and then click on Console.
I choose different values for Time Range, Logs Category, Log Type, Log Level and Limit.
However, in all cases, in System Logs table I have: "No Results Found."

Thanks,
Anda

Can you please provide access to the setup?

Hello and thank you for your support in this. My sertup is behnd a NAT and the setup cannot be accessed from the Internet.
However, we can schedule a live debug session when you are available. My timezone is GMT+3.
We can use Team Viewer or something similar.

Manoj, Santosh,

Can you please setup a debugging session with Anda to triage this issue?

Thanks,
Sundar

The Console tabs on each Node details filters only System or Syslogs. Since there are no logs of this type generated we are not seeing it. This is working as expected.
