WebUI is not loading in 5.0

In the recent build ocata-5.0-87, WebUI is not loading. When check the logs getting the below error message.
It is not getting populated as a list of strings like analytics_ip in config.global.js.

Webui is accessible after changing 10.204.216.103 as "10.204.216.103".

actually, you dont need to specify CONFIG_API_VIP / ANALYTICS_API_VIP as input parameter anymore, because webui can work with list of IPs.
