Automation: Conf files have to be changed differently after 5.0. XMPP script needs change

Bug Description

Conf files cant be modified by just using openstack-config and restarting docker. Entrypoint has to be changed. Needs change to xmpp script.

Master:Conf files cant be modified by just using openstack-config and restarting docker. Entrypoint has to be changed. Need to delete the old knob.
