Bug Description

Need support for Contrail Kubernetes provisioning with micro services.
Also, a wiki page mentioning the provisioning steps would be really helpful.

We have a plan to verify following configurations before closing this bug:

Single Yaml Provisioning
1. Single controller and multiple agents
2. Multiple controller with distributed micro services and multiple agents. Single Interface
3. Multiple controller with distributed micro services and multiple agents. Multi Interface(Control/Data interface)

Ansible Provisioning:
4. Single controller and multiple agents
5. Multiple controller with distributed micro services and multiple agents. Single Interface
6. Multiple controller with distributed micro services and multiple agents. Multi Interface(Control/Data interface)

Considering this bug only for single ansible based provisioning, that is working fine.
Few failures are being observed on recent builds but that will be tracked in separate bugs.
All below types of provisioning have been tried in build 45 and build 50 - R5.0.
1. Single controller and multiple agents
2. Multiple controller with distributed micro services and multiple agents. Single Interface
3. Multiple controller with distributed micro services and multiple agents. Multi Interface(Control/Data interface)
