While creating SLO, we can add VN policy or SG and select the specific rules from SG/policy.
But when we don't select any rule id from SG/policy then SLO creation goes through fine but it does add all the rules of the selected policy/SG to the SLO.
If SLO is created via vnc api without any rule but only SG/policy then it adds all the rules of the SG/policy to the SLO automatically.
For SLO created via API, UI does not show up rules.

SLO 'ctest-SecurityLogging-70593636-29915219' is created via api which has policy/SG and rules added which shows in config editor too but it's not shown up in SLO page.
