Bug Description

R4.0.1.0 Continuous build 19 Ubuntu 16.04.2

/etc/timezone is not mounted from host on agent containers

ansible needs to take care of this

We could also mount /etc/localtime as well.

root@nodek1(agent):/# date
Thu Aug 17 06:27:15 UTC 2017
root@nodek1(agent):/# cat /etc/timezone
Etc/UTC
root@nodek1(agent):/# exit
exit
root@nodek1:~# date
Thu Aug 17 11:57:22 IST 2017
root@nodek1:~# cat /etc/timezone
Asia/Kolkata
root@nodek1:~#

Add timezone and localtime to list of mounted volumes in agent container

Use the common vars that were built for openstack and add the CNI related
volumes to be used for kubernetes and openshift.
