Bug Description
We discovered bug while resizing instance, but the resize does not trigger the DNS record deletion, the migration of instance does. Unfortunately if you resize the instance from horizon web UI, it often triggers migration to other computes as well.

The migration registers a new network port on new compute and keeps old network port registered on old compute. After the resize confirmation, the old network port is deleted and the deletion triggers removal of associated DNS records.
