contrail-test container cannot reach other host nodes in a containerized contrail setup

Bug Description

R4.0 3041

Have setup with 3 nodes (1 config, 2 compute) as contrail containers

On the config node, bringup the contrail-test docker.
Ping from this docker instance to the 2 computes fails. Looks like in the test docker, source nat is not happening..and the responses are not returning to the host
