WebUI: neet to support multiple port association to a fip

To support FIP on AAP IP one should be able to associate multiple ports to the same FIP object.
Currently the WebUI Floating-IP 'Associate Port' action is a drop-down which allows to map just one port to the FIP.
We should be able to map multiple ports to the same FIP and we should be able to set the fixed-ip-floating-ip-address property of the FIP object to the VIP ip taken as input from the user.

Added the two option native and allowed addesss pair
Added option to assocaite mutiple ports if the user uncheck the specific Fixed IP
Added the option to associate multiple ports if the user is in AAP and
also able to set the fixed-ip-floating-ip-address property from
virtual ip taken as input from the user
