[3.0.2.0 43] UI: Getting an error "net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" while saving the VN with the policy which has comma in the name

Bug Description
Steps to repro:
---------------
1. Create a policy pol1,2
2. Create a VN vn1.
3. Edit the VN to attach the policy pol1,2.
If you click the network policy text box it is listing all the policies which are created.
4. Then Choose the policy pol1,2. For the first time it won't get selected. Mentioned in the bug 1586612.
5. Then save it.
It is not getting saved instead got an error "net::ERR_
After this not able to choose any other policy without canceling it.
