[3.0.2.0 43] UI: Policy which has comma in the name is not getting selected while creating VN with that policy

Bug Description
Steps to repro:
---------------
1. Create a policy with the symbol comma ex: pol1,2
2. Create a VN.
3. Edit the VN to attach the policy pol1,2.
4. Click the network policy text box. Then choose the policy pol1,2. It is not getting selected for the first time. It is showing empty box
But the same thing is working fine for the second time.
Same issue is seen for security group also
