[UI] Process memory usage is reported as x MB instead of x GB

R3.0.2.0 Build 26

In the attached, vrouter-agent's virtual memory was 11GB, but the UI stats table showed it as 11 MB

Closes-Bug: #1570207 - Fixed data format issue for Stats.x.cpu_info tables. Data for mem_virt, mem_res and used_sys_mem is in kilo-byte.
