sm:UI:Filter by tag - Uncheck doesn't display the entire list of servers

Hi

SM UI, mainline 2711, http:sm-node-ip:8143

1) displaying the servers, with a tag name test-tag1, it displays corresponding server
2. But after un-checking the same(No selections made in filter tag), it does not populate the entire server list. refresh under the Server does not help also
3. Only the page refresh helps to load all the servers.
