[3.0 2709] UI: UI logs not sorted on refresh when more logs are present

Bug Description

Under Monitor > Infrastructure > Dashboard, the Logs column displays upto 3 logs.
When the number of logs is more than this and the page is refreshed, the old and new logs that appear won't be sorted per time of appearance.
Manoj is aware of the issue

Closes-Bug: #1541690
No need to reverse the logList fetched in Monitor > Infra Dashboard as
the logList fetched is already sorted in descending order with
timestamp as we specify the sort_directon accordingly.
