Bug Description

Vrouter Agent needs to collect multicast and unknown unicast packet counts from vrouter and send in VN UVE periodically.

Export additional vrf_stats fields in VN UVE.

Agent collects VRF stats from vrouter and exports in VN UVE. It also exports dropstats of vrouter in VROUTER UVE.
There were additional fields added by vrouter which were not being exported by Agent.
This change exports all the remaining fields of vrfstats and dropstats in respective UVEs.
