Report VMI uuid to the collector when the vrouter agent sends the flow information

Bug Description

It would be good if the vrouter agent reports the vmi uuid to the collector when it sends the flow sandesh messages. This would help the administrator to determine the vm ports on which the packets were allowed/dropped when querying the flow messages (using contrail-flows)

Report the VMI uuid in the sandesh flow messages

In this patch
- Added a new field 'vmi_uuid' in the FlowTable
- vrouter agent also sends the uuid of the vmi when
sending the sandesh flow message to the collector
- Added the code to query 'vmi_uuid' in the 'contrail-flow'
