Agent doesnt translate fip on LB VIP port

SSH to msenthil-vm1 and msenthil-vm2 are load-balanced over vip 77.7.7.254 which has fip 10.102.53.4 associated and trying to login to the same from 10.102.53.6 fails and dont observe translation from the flow table output.
