Agent config changes to make use of dependency manager

Modified oper-db tables in agent to use dependency manager.
Added following tables to use config-manager,
VM Interface
Physical Interface
Logical Interface
Physical Device
Security Group
Virtual Network
VRF
Physical Device VN

Modify VM Interface config processing to avoid call to
FindAdjacentIFMapNode
