Missing web/core/rolemap.api.js module

We are building packages using Juniper/contrail-packages and contrail-vnc and we are facing issue with missing web/core/rolemap.api.js, feature.list.js and possibly other modules.
I can't find this file in Juniper/contrail-web-core repository but it seems that components depend on it.
Also more modules are probably missing. Where should they come from?

It is part of official distribution of contrail-web-core package:

Hm, whole contrail-web-core and contrail-web-controller is broken.
Wrong makefile target is called and it's always built from master.

Fix build of contrail-web-core and contrail-web-controller

It was only taking webroot without fetching third party stuff so it could not
ever work deployed.
It was also always fetching latest source from master, ignoring current VNC
checkout

Removed the nodejs-relacy as dependency, and corrected the web-core and
controller version fields
