Bug Description
In the case where an update of resource happens concurrently while it is being deleted, it may result in the update recreating the row entry in OBJ_UUID_TABLE such that 'fq_name' etc. columns are not present, only the update contents will be present.
A workaround fix for this is at

Ideally the update should read-back after write and delete the row if resource has disappeared after update.
