[UI] Export to csv should export all entries in the table, not just what is seen

Bug Description
R2.20 Build 45 Ubuntu 14.04 Juno multinode
I have 1K interfaces in each ToR. The interface details of the ToR in the UI shows the first 100 (due to pagination)
Now, if i try to get a csv for this, it only downloads 100
It should save all the entries in the interface list and not just what is shown in that page
