Bug Description

Changes in python nova package is not getting upgraded during 2.1 to 2.20 upgrade

Issue observed when doing an upgrade from 2.1 build 54 to 2.20 build 33

Some of the fixes which went to nova disto for node failures is not getting upgraded.

Since the package name is not changed its not getting upgraded during the upgrade process.
