generator name for contrail tor agent needs follow right convention

Currently it is
a7s31-1:Compute:TorAgent-1:1
we should change it to
a7s31:Compute:contrail-tor-agent:1

The generator name is created from the params that are passed to init_generator -- you don't
have to change anything else.. can you pass the following
<hostname> as Source
'Compute' as Nodetype
'contrail-tor-agent' as ModuleId
<instance> as Instance

to the function call?

Send Generator Name from agent in correct format.

Send hostname instead of agent_name in InitGenerator
Also send module id as contrail-tor-agent for tor agent instead of TorAgent-<tor-id>

Set Discovery client name as a combination of module name and instance Id

This is required to handle the case of multiple tor-agents running from same node.
