Database configuration file changes done in fab and contrail to be taken care in SM

Few config file changes done in contrail and fab need to be handled in SM.

1. For cassandra-env.sh Xss parameter (stack size for Java VM) needs to be modified from 256K to 512K.
2. minimum_diskGB parameter in contrail-database-nodemgr.conf needs to be made configurable.
3. Also take care of type in contrail-topology.conf.erb puppet template file (missing [ bracket for section).

Out of the above, changes 1 and 2 started showing up as contrail-status services failed from R2.20 build 18 onwards.
