Bug Description
R2.1 44 Ubuntu 14.04 Multi-node icehouse setup
On this setup, we have about 140+ tor-agent-services running on nodei38 and ~40K VMIs
ovs-vm26 is a TOR with 10 physical intfs (ovstap1 to ovstap10). Each of them have one logical intf each
Each logical interface has 10 vmis associated with them .
It was seen that for ovstap10, there was no vlan associated and the vlan-port binding table did not have ovstap10 at all.
Tor-agent's ifmap does have the lif and vmi config present though
A similar issue was seen on another TOR ovs-vm10 yday
