[UI] Port details need to show mapped logical-interfaces if any

R2.1 39 Ubuntu 14.04 Multinode icehouse setup

If there are a large number of logical interfaces, its very hard to figure out the logical interface to which a VMI is mapped.

We need to show this when the user expands the port-details of a port (ofcourse, only if there is a binding)

Added Logical Interface detail to port page.

When a logical interface is created the port created for that logical interface
was not handled in port page.
Added the detail in grid and also made the compute fields to be not editable.
