[UI] While creating a port , selecting a parent port from a list not possible at times

Bug Description
Build 2.0 16 Ubuntu 14.04 multi-node setup
As you can see in the attachment, while creating a port, when i expand the Primary Interface list, it can so happen that at times, the list shows up much below so that the user cannot see/select ports in the list

Problem is in select2 window height used instead of document height while positioning the dropdown,now we changed it.
