IPv4 routes are not printed properly by rt utility

Bug Description

'rt' utility is used to dump vrouter routes. Post IPv6 commit, the utility dumps many junk routes, making debugging difficult.

bzero the memory used to store prefixes during route dump

If the memory used to store prefixes is not set to zero, non /32
(/full address length, 128 in case of ipv6) routes can have junk
values.
