[Build "Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS" 2.0-16~icehouse] : Arp not getting resolved for vm in a different compute node

Had the following setup.
Created a vn and 2 vms in it.

Tried to ping from one vm to another. Ping failed. Arp for the other vm did not resolve.

Manish / Divakar had look at the setup.
