Bug Description

On ubuntu platform we see two instances of heat-api and heat-engine processes. One is started by supervisors and other by upstart.
We need to make sure heat-engine heat-api are started by supervisord only.

Why are we using supervisord for heat ?
We should be using the upstream package from canonical for heat-engine and heat-api.

Please change this bug to remove supervisor from the picture.

Pedro,
I am not sure if I got your question right .. We are using packages from canonical .. The start stop is managed by supervisorsd ..
Why are we using supervisord .. The answer could be the same as to why are we using supervisord for keystone glance cinder nova etc .. I just added heat to it.
