Bug Description

Sometimes test failing in sanity as , though vm deleted and vn deleted from api, agent still holding the vrf.
There is retry for 200 sec , still tests fails.

Problem is reproducible .

The vrf list shows like this.The source should be ideally 'config', but in this case its '-'
