Bug Description

contrail-discovery service should report the status of the connections to other services (Collector, Database, etc.,) in NodeStatus UVE. contrail-status script derives the operational status of a service from the process_info and process_status in NodeStatus UVE

discovery should report the status of connections

contrail-discovery was not sending NodeStatusUVE so contrail-status was not
showing correct status. With this change, actual status of discovery will be
shown
