Bug Description
currently per pool data used on the bar chart shows the "total" data written on to the pools. "current" per pool data may be less if a disk is made out/down from cluster.
cluster usage pie chart reflects "current" usage and it doesn't count data written on to disks which are down/out
similar to total cluster usage pie chart, the per pool usage should also take out data written on down/out disks. and should only display the amount which is currently part of the cluster.
filing bug to track issue.

Release Note:
Pool usages on the bar chart includes the data written on the disks which are made down and out from cluster. So per pool usage shows the total used so far and not the current usage which is part of the cluster.
